Female Ejaculation and the G-Spot: Myth or Reality?
Note: This post is sexual in nature. Those offended by such a topic or not of the legal age should read something else
These are very real ladies and gentlemen. Any woman can achieve ejaculation with or without a partner with a lot of patience, practice, and educating yourself.
Locating the G-spot
The G-spot lies directly behind the pubic bone about half way between the opening of the vagina and the opening of the cervix. Location and size can varies from woman to woman but it is in the same general area. It is about the size of a lima bean and feels spongy. It may be hard to find if the woman isn't fully aroused. Once she is aroused and open to some experimentation, you will have no problem finding it because it becomes hard and swollen.
Two Kinds of Orgasms
Most women only experience the clitoral/vaginal orgasm. This is through stimulation of the clitoris and vaginal area. When orgasm is achieved, the muscles in the vagina (called the pelvic floor muscles or PC muscles) contract and release.
The one that is harder to achieve and will be the focus of this article are the G-spot/uterine contraction orgasm. These are achieved, obviously through vaginal and G-spot stimulation that cause the uterus to contract. You will definitely feel a difference because the contractions of the muscles during orgasm are felt higher in the vagina and even in your uterus.
A combination of both can be achieved for a mind-blowing orgasm but it is hard to do without a lot of practice and patience.
Female Ejaculation
Have you ever felt the urge to urinate while in the throws of orgasm but too embarrassed to let it go? Next time you feel this sensation, let it go. 9 times out of 10, you are experiencing the pre- ejaculation feelings of a G-spot orgasm! I have a wonderful man who is more worried about pleasing me and is open to experimenting. He and I read together on this subject and tried to do this. I have been very lucky in snagging a man like him. It took us about a week of practice to achieve ejaculation from me. Here is what we did to achieve the most awesome orgasm I have ever experienced.
First of all, you need to try not to be nervous. If you are nervous, your muscles will be tense and you will not be able to tune into your body cues. Start foreplay as you normally would. When you feel like you are about to explode, have your partner insert 2 fingers into your vagina and locate the G-Spot. Alternate rubbing 1 finger on the actual spot then place 2 fingers on either side of it. The more you feel the urge to urinate, the harder he should push. The only way your partner will know to push harder is by you saying so. Communication is key in achieving this!
Then when you absolutely cannot hold the urination feeling any longer, bear down like you are trying to urinate or if you have ever given birth, bare down like you are pushing during childbirth.
How do I know if I have ejaculated?
The first time I experienced this, I felt a warm sensation over the outside of the vaginal area. My partner said he could feel it come out about ¼ of an inch and hit his hand just like I was urinating but it is colorless and odorless.
The amount of fluid that comes out and how far it comes out varies from woman to woman. If you have ever watched a pornographic video and a woman shots fluid across the room, it is more than likely her actually urinating or she was given a douche and pushed the fluid out via a vaginal orgasm. The amount of fluid expelled can be as little as a teaspoon to 2 cups. Now, if more than this comes out of you, don't think you are weird. You may be an exception to the rule. Just remember, every female body is different and responds differently.
Where exactly does the fluid "shoot" from?
The urethra of course. That is why you get the sensation of urinated. The fluid expelled from female ejaculation is very different then the fluid excreted from the vagina during arousal and orgasm. The fluid from the vaginal area is thick and sometimes a white or grey color. The fluid from ejaculation is clear and thin like water.
Are there any dangers from female ejaculation?
Absolutely not. It is a normal occurring incident in woman. I have read in some places that expelling this fluid can help clean out the urethra tract. How true that is, I have no idea.
Now that you know the ins and outs of female ejaculation, go try it! There is also a wealth of information out there. One site I highly recommend is Holistic Wisdom http://www.holisticwisdom.com/index.htm There are some pictures there that some may say are sexually explicit so go there with a word of caution.
Remember, be patient, practice, and educate yourself. Don't be discouraged if you don't achieve this the first time trying this. This will only bring you and your partner closer together! Happy experimenting!
